Did you manifest this?

The Power of Dreaming, Desiring, Visualizing and Achieving.

Hello, fellow thinker!

Dreaming and desiring have always propelled me forward to achieve the greatest things in my life. These questions, and wondering what it’s like to be that person, or be in that place, pushed me to pursue the actions and decisions that helped me realize my life’s goals.

What would it be like to live in America? As a child, I imagined vast, suburban neighborhoods where children played freely, and everyone knew their neighbors. On this Memorial Day, reflecting on the sacrifices made for our freedom, I am reminded of my deep longing for a place that feels like home, surrounded by friendly faces.

What would it be like to have friends? Genuine, close friends who understand and support you through thick and thin. Friends who share your interests, celebrate your success and are there during tough times. The kind of friendships that fill my bucket.

What would it be like to have a girlfriend? Someone to hold hands with. The companionship, the shared experiences, the mutual support. Building memories together, planning a future, and having someone who always has your back.

What would it be like to work in New York City? Walking around in a suit, carrying a briefcase, and talking on a cell phone. Working and getting to know cool people, and going out to rooftop bars after work to celebrate our wins.

What would it be like to be number one? To reach the pinnacle of your field, to be recognized and respected for your achievements. The pride of being the best at what you do, the rewards that come with it, and the sense of fulfillment in knowing you’ve succeeded.

Over time, as if in the blink of an eye, I found myself living the life I had always dreamed of.

From there, my focus shifted. I began to wonder: What would it be like to be married and have kids? What would it be like to have a cat? What would it be like to have a family?

I started a family, bought a house, and set up a suburban life. I was living the dream: New York City, a top performer, making great money, and enjoying it all.

Of course, as you already know by now, I was also living a very unhealthy lifestyle.

Then one day, I started to wonder: What if I could live a life without alcohol? I often thought about people who don’t drink, who are very strict about it, and only drink tea or water. Imagine what it would be like to live that way.

I would think—some people live a life without alcohol. They don’t touch the stuff, and they always seem calm, focused, and like they have their shit together. Something about that lifestyle intrigued me. It helped me visualize it and pursue this journey of sobriety, driven by the wonder of what it would be like to be a non-drinker.

A friend of mine asked me last week if I had any tips for him on how to quit drinking. I thought for a moment, and I came up with a number of ideas. There are many approaches: seeing a therapist, trying hypnosis, attending AA meetings—any kind of committed involvement can set you on a strong path.

But I also believe it needs to come from within, rooted in a strong desire and clear vision. It must be a goal you genuinely want to pursue and commit to. Significant changes in your life can happen if you set this goal for yourself and are driven by a sincere desire to be in that target state.

As I wrap up, I want to share a book recommended by a good friend that resonates with me: "The Reality Revolution" by Brian Scott.

This book delves into the power of manifestation, much like my own experiences of wondering, desiring, and achieving. It explores techniques such as visualization and meditation, highlighting how our minds can shape our realities. It also explores the amazing possibilities of other dimensions.

Reading it reminded me of my transformation and reinforced the incredible potential our brains have to attain the life we envision.
